NAESP Partnership

Professor Heffernan’s Gates funded project calls for a plan to reach one million students by 2016. As such, WPI and the National Association of Elementary School Principals (which includes many middle schools principals, despite the NAESP name) announced their partnership this month in a few ways.

1. The NAESP homepage now displays a prominent link to ASSISTments.
2. The NAESP Principal Magazine had a announcement of our partnership.
3. Executive Director Gail Connelly highlighted the partnership in her column this month in Principal Magazine.

Professor Heffernan says “I am delighted to partnering with NAESP, because the role of adoption of ASSISTments is mediated by the leaderships support.”
