- National Educational Technology Plan - November 2010 - Arne Duncan announces the National Educational Technology Plan. The plan cites ASSISTments.
- Enhancing Teaching and Learning through Educational Data Mining and Learning Analytics draft published by the Office of Educational Technology of the US Department of Education. This reports has a whole page on ASSISTments (see page 22 [page 31 of the of the PDF]). The version that came out in Feb 2013 is here
