Lots of students use ASSISTments on desktop machines or laptops. Works fine with Chrome books.

ASSISTments works naturally on iPads, and iPod Touches. For instance, Grafton Middle Schools uses classrooms sets of iPod Touches. Read about classrooms at Algonquin High using iPads here.
Android / Most other tablets (via browser)
Boston Latin's Eric Simoneau uses his Android phone as he walks around the classroom to check on students. See his website.
Future Supported Hardware
The ASSISTments team is hard at work on broadening the ways students and teacher can interact with ASSISTments. We hope to roll out versions of these features sometime soon.
Cellphones (via texting/SMS)
For more information on using cellphones, click here.
Scanner Machines (via machine-readable worksheets)
You should be able to print a worksheet from ASSISTments, and drop those onto your photocopiers, hit "Scan", and send to scan@assistments.org, and WPI will scan and record all the students answers. Think of it as a Scantron(TM)-like device.
Graphing Calculators (via installed application)
We are talking with industry partners to make it possible to interact with ASSISTments via graphing calculators.
